Coating

All of our products are treated with powder coating. Our powder coating of aluminum extrusions is a dry finishing process that uses finely ground particles of pigment and resin. These particles are electrostatically charged and sprayed on the finished product. Before coating, a chrome-based pre-treatment is carried out to improve the quality of the coating. Afterwards, aluminum extrusions are cured at high temperatures. Al Hakim co guarantees a coating thickness between 60-80 um that provides excellent corrosion resistance and a durable, low friction surface.
